"One of the biggest helps for me has been the ability to produce files that have Bi-Tech data base information as well as SRN data base information. For example, our Business Office requests lists of currently enrolled students that owe a balance.  Since the student account information is on Bi-Tech, it´s not accessible through the SRN software directly.  But using SUPRTOOL I can create a file that has the enrollment information as well as the student balances. I can then use this file in other report writing programs such as Crystal Reports to give the Business Office the support. The training I received helped me to understand how to use SUPRTOOL to get the results I need. And the additional support and advise since the training class has been a great help in those "times of need"."

"One comment I´d like to make about today´s program is: The program overall was very good.  The only suggestion I would make would be to space out the classes a little more.  There was a lot of information to absorb especially for a novice user like myself, and I would have like the opportunity to apply some of the techniques taught in my environment prior to building on it.  The manner in which the class was taught was excellent and very open to questions as well as providing answers.  The information provided via the workbook combined with the conference presentations will prove and invaluable resource.
